North Americans and Australian/New Zealand travellers can buy the France Railpass, entitling the holder to three or four days' unlimited train travel over a one-month period for US $240/210 (first-/second-class), with the option of buying up to six additional days at $30 per day. There are discounts for travellers under 26, those over 60 and for two or more people travelling together.

Visitors considering a combination of rail and car travel might be interested in the France Rail'n'Drive pass, valid for three or more days' unlimited rail travel and two or three days' car rental over the course of a month. Prices vary according to the number of travel days, category of car, number of adults, class of train travel and so forth.
