Ice-skating, skateboarding, jogging, billiards, boules – it's all here to be enjoyed. Recently, cycling and rollerblading have become popular. Soccer-players may be able to shoulder their way in to a pick-up game in the Jardin des Tuileries. One sport that is not really worth trying in Paris is horse riding (équitation). You need to have all the gear with you and a licence, the Carte Nationale de Cavalier, before you can mount.
