There are many cinemas showing cartoons and children's films, but if they're foreign they are inevitably dubbed into French. The pleasure of an Omnimax projection at La Géode in La Villette or Dôme-Imax at La Défense, however, is greatly enhanced by not understanding the commentary. The Cinaxe projection at La Villette simulates motion to accompany high-definition film. Films at the Louis-Lumière cinema (also in the Cité des Sciences) may be less accessible, but you can ask at the inquiry desk for advice.
