U Museu rampe Ribanelle in the haute ville at the foot of the citadelle, 30m down rue Colonel-Feracci. Congenial and well-situated place. Try the €14 menu corse, featuring lasagne in wild-boar sauce, trout, and tripettes (imaginatively translated as "trips"). Their hot goat's cheese (chèvre chaud) salad, filling enough for two, comes on a groaning bed of richly flavoured potatoes. Most people come for their succulent pizzas (€68), but they also offer plenty of choice à la carte, particularly for vegetarians.
